I came into L.E.A.N. 12 weeks ago a skeptic. I had already tried many things, to no avail, to change the way I looked and felt. I had tried diets and exercise. I had a bad experience with a trainer, so I was apprehensive about seeing a new one.

However, soon after coming to L.E.A.N. I discovered things can be much different! I was met with genuine friendliness, and no pressure! Wow what a difference! I was given the tools I needed to make a change, and so that's what I did.

Now I am 12 weeks and over 26 lbs down, and have taken 6 inches off my mid section! I am noticeably stronger and have more energy. They really care about you here, and they make it fun! At first I thought I would only be here for the 12 weeks, but now I don't see when I'll ever leave!
